Rocky Mountain Valuescape
This was a full floor remodel, 10,640 square feet, of an existing space with a tight time frame. The tenant needed to be out of their existing space or pay a hefty penalty. We were able to turn the space over to them one week earlier than they expected. Jim Downing was the superintendant on site and through a close working relationship with the inspectors from Lakewood Building Department and the West Metro Fire Department they passed all of the required inspections the first time through.
The only access to the space was through a smaller elevator so moving debris and new material was critical. This elevator was the only one in the building so people and material had to share. The only change orders on the job were tenant directed.
