Other Projects: Executive House Apartments 330 E. 10th Street, Lakewood, Colorado We removed and replaced the floor over the boiler room and a storage room. We had to brace the existing concrete floor from below.  Then cut and remove the concrete.  Install new re-bar on 6" centers.  Then pour the new concrete.  All the time keeping the boiler fully functional.  They had two other contractors turn the job down, they both said "it was too tough."
